Svetsteknik in Pajala have manufactured the sauna
unit PajalaSauna since the late 60´s. From that
day it has not changed its appearance noticeable.
What makes PajalaSauna different from other sauna
units is its large chamber for sauna rocks, which
contains 50 kg of rocks. This fact results in a very
pleasant heat in the sauna. This is also the reason
why PajalaSauna is called “the wet sauna”.
Within the limits of the collaboration between PolhemRegio
and the Industrial Design Divsion at Luleå University
of Technology the PajalaSauna has gone through a face
lift regarding both aesthetic- and production matters.
